Being on a small passenger plane on a slightly windy day reminds me to keep a light stomach next time I'm invited up. We really do live in a special place out here. Fall's here, and so is a Valley listing that just got a lot more interesting.

Field report: Snoqualmie's 11% cut worth a look
So this one caught my eye for a few reasons. 38130 SE Northern St popped back on the market this morning after a pending sale fell through, which happens, but it's rarely good news for a seller's patience. Price is now $799K, down 11% from $895K, with 20 days on market.
You get about 1,900 finished square feet plus another 600 or so in a partially finished daylight basement. Vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen, a big deck, and a quick hop to downtown Snoqualmie.
Here's the number that stuck with me, fewer than 1 in 4 Valley houses that sold in the last 90 days went for under $800K. This one is sitting right at that line.
If you've been priced out of the Valley lately, this is the kind of listing worth a drive by before it goes pending again.
Think of a house close to the mountain and a condo in the city, both with high-speed internet.
